Refund and Exchange Policy

Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, with attached original tags, and in their initial packaging. Customized or personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Please promptly contact our customer service to begin the return process.

Carefully repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, and label it with the assigned return authorization number. Return the item using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will proceed with your refund or exchange. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
